Shipping & Handling

Lacandon Jungle Press ships orders to the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and packed the same business day whenever possible. You’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods

Books:
When appropriate, books are shipped via USPS Media Mail within the United States. This allows us to keep shipping costs reasonable while ensuring books are packaged carefully.
Non-book items:
For items that do not qualify for Media Mail, we use the least expensive available shipping method across trusted carriers.

Shipping Fee

We charge a flat $5.99 shipping & handling fee per order.

This fee remains the same even if:

the actual shipping cost is higher, or
we are able to ship at a lower rate.

The flat rate helps keep pricing simple and predictable.

International Shipping (Canada & Mexico)

Orders shipped to Canada and Mexico are sent using economical international services. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Packaging

All items are packed carefully to protect them during transit, especially books and signed editions.

Returns & Refunds

All items sold by Lacandon Jungle Press are final sale.

Condition of Items

Books and other items are sold in acceptable used condition unless otherwise noted. Pricing reflects the condition of each item at the time of sale.

Minor wear consistent with used books—such as edge wear, light creasing, or previous ownership markings—does not qualify as damage.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged beyond acceptable used condition, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

When applicable, we will:

replace the item, or
issue a refund at our discretion.

Photographic documentation of damage may be requested to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Digital Products

Digital items (including eBooks) are non-refundable once delivered.
