All used book sales are considered final and are sold as-is.

No returns will be accepted simply because a customer changes their mind after purchase.

However, if a used book arrives in a condition materially different from the description provided on our website, customers should contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If approved, we may offer:

• A replacement copy (if available), or
• A full refund

Store credit is not offered.

All sales of new books are final.

Lacandon Jungle Press makes every effort to disclose any significant defects or condition concerns when applicable.

If a book arrives damaged due to shipping or differs substantially from its description, please contact us for assistance.

Due to the nature of food products, all coffee sales are final.

Returns are not accepted for:

• Taste preferences
• Ordering mistakes
• Change of mind

If the incorrect coffee is shipped or the product arrives damaged, contact us and we will send the correct item or otherwise resolve the issue. In most cases, customers will not be required to return the incorrect product.

All sales of digital products are final.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Ebooks
• PDFs
• Downloadable resources
• Digital guides

No refunds will be issued for digital products once a purchase has been completed.

If your order arrives visibly damaged:

1. Take photographs of the package and contents.
2. Contact us at lacandonjunglepress@gmail.com.
3. Include your order number and photos when possible.

We will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
